So I know that it doesn’t provide quite as much inspiration as a whole well-thought-out-and-complicated decor scheme, but I like it so that’s what you’re getting.
This is a great craft for kids!.We decided to make a few flowers to decorate the snack table at Kennedy’s birthday one year and I thought I’d take you along for the ride!.
Here’s how to Make Them!.Start out by cutting a strip of felt.I usually cut a. standard-sized sheet.
of felt into three strips.. You can tell from the straightness of my cut that this is another one of my “perfection not required” crafts.Next you’ll need to fold your strip of felt in half to make a long, skinny strip.. Then you’ll need to cut your “petals”.
Just make little cuts every 1/2′ or so all along the side of your strip where the fold is.
Don’t cut all the way through though! You can find the free plans to download.
I was not paid to write this post, however KraftMaid did provide the cabinetry for the bathroom vanity that appears in this post. All thoughts and opinions are 100% mine as always! It’s home tour time!.
I’m so excited to be participating in the Canadian Bloggers’ Home Tour once again this Christmas. If you’re new around these parts, I hope you enjoy your visit!
