1 pineapple sage sprig (optional), for garnish.In a collins glass, combine all of the ingredients except crushed ice and the garnish.
Add crushed ice.
Spin a swizzle stick or bar spoon between your hands to mix the drink.When you finish these, repeat the process until you have used all of the tempered chocolate, nuts, and candied fruits.. Set the mendiants aside to harden until ready to serve.
