Martin Wood (he/him)

Valentine’s boxing day.

I think that’s a fair price, don’t you?.I probably should have not used white thread.

If I was thinking, I would have found a matching green, but I really didn’t think it would work out, so it didn’t matter anyway. It looks pretty great actually..So here’s where I’m at for Kennedy’s “pillowscape” so far.

Is that a thing?Anyway, she wants a horse pillow too, then I think that will be it.. What do all you real sewers think out there?

Did I do OK for a first ruffle attempt?Thursday, 6:26 p.m..

I sometimes wonder what homework time looks like for the families of the other kids in Kennedy’s class.. Here’s what ours looks like: Juice stained face, half worn-off temporary tattoo and all.. Read more about my perfect moments.I had a great idea.We don’t start up again until after Labor Day, but I still find myself in the “Back to School, Let’s Get Organized” mindset by the beginning of August every year.

Actually, by the end of August last year, I was already into Halloween projects!.Kennedy and I did this quick little upcycle project the other day to hopefully help our homework sessions go a little better once September gets here.

Now we’ll always be able to find enough pencils, erasers, rulers, etc.AND, they’ll look cute too!.
